Vistaprint is a nationwide print / fulfillment company which ironically – is our number one source of business.
“We did an order of shirts at vista-print last season and the quality of the shirt paper thin, and the print looked terrible! So we’re looking for a new supplier this season..”
We hear variations of this regularly from customers who tried vista print and are disappointed with what they received.
What we take offence with when it comes to vista print is that it’s selling itself as a friend and tool of small business – but the shirt quality does not stand up to even light wear or use. These shirts are more suitable for a one time event, such as a novelty for a birthday or bachelorette, which would be fine if they were advertised like that – but they are not – they are promoting a business solution.
We do not have any vendetta toward vista print and I do value vista-print as a low cost printer of business cards (it’s where we get ours) – however we have tried them for various other print projects and been disappointed.
A last point about VP is that their shipping turnarounds are deceptive. Shipping an order should not take 3 weeks, and customers should not need to pay for a rush shipping service. We’ve seen time and time again the actual shipping to us through the courier is only 1-2 days from when they ship the product, however they will hold product at a warehouse to artificially increase turnaround time in the hopes it’s customers will purchase “rush shipping”.
I think most consumers in 2018 and beyond are more savvy and don’t appreciate dealing with corporate gimmicks like that.

Ordered my first company T-Shirt prints and I am so disappointed. They just arrived today, the print quality is very very poor and the logo isn't where it's supposed to be almost on all the t shirts. It's the simplest design, a 1x1 inch logo on centre chest area of the t shirt and most of them are no where close to the centre. The logo was designed on their web designer and centred by the lock guides. Delivery was in good time but I wish they delivered what I wanted!!

Thank you Vista Print Canada. So wonderful to have company like yours, printing materials for such affordable price and quality is second to none. If I would've taken my materials for printing at the local Printers here in Sydney, Australia, it would've easily cost me 5 X or more. Once again, thank you from Down Under.

I work at the Windsor plant and this is one of the best places I have ever worked. People are friendly and any issues get solved right away. Safety is of the utmost importance always.
